Before founding KostaKey, we managed our own rental properties in Norway for over a decade. That experience taught us what owners actually worry about: unexpected maintenance costs, unreliable guests, and not knowing what is happening while you are away. We built KostaKey to solve exactly those problems for property owners in Costa del Sol.

What started as investing in a holiday home quickly turned into a realization: property owners here needed someone they could truly rely on. Someone local, available, and personally invested. That insight became KostaKey.

Milos brings a hands-on approach to every property. With a background in operations and a knack for solving problems before they become expensive, he makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. From coordinating maintenance crews to optimizing rental listings, he is the reason things run smoothly behind the scenes.
